wanted to create a note but could think of a better place then this. since no one reads it!

christmas is around the corner, but nahh, not expecting presents but more on the joyous companionship of awesome friends.

but still, i'm gonna create a wishlist, that i can prolly fulfil next year after cny or whatever. at least i write down what i want! :D

`road bike (not really sure on this tho, min budget $400)
`watch (prolly a leather watch that i can wear out!)
`necklace, to add glamour to my boring neck. (dont know if it's me anw!, HAHA)
okay then i also need a small bag, where i can bring along just to put my iphone, wallet and keys, maybe just go out walk walk or supper. and i think i need more clothes! but argghhhh so hard! that one need people help eh.. :|

hmmm let's see what else i want. oh! new shoes! like prolly one that i can wear to school on a casual day, and another one to replace my dirty sports shoe? (or maybe i could just wash them WHITE).

i think right. the most important thing right, is a freaking job that pays well while i study, so i can earn extra money to spend! ok no just kidding, a job for the holidays next march.

eh eh eh, what else do i want/wish/need? i actually thought of a new bed for my sis and i.

after all these xmas hype, i suddenly think that i need to do up a NY's resolution. where im just not gonna write it down, cos it'd get lost somewhere. but rather paste it in my room or sth, so it'd remind me whole year round!

Bitter-sweet emotion.

But, if good things don't go, better things cant come! I'm just gonna say that I miss the people in e341 & e516.

Blogging? haha . a quick round up?

Well, the three week of hell CIBTC officially ended on 18th Dec.

It was really fun knowing new people and i seriously love Delta.

altho we are the quietest when we are as a batch, the bonds amongst us, behind the scenes are woohoo! fun fun!

after CIBTC, had a one week break, to rest, meet up with friends and it was soon Christmas!

There was really no mood for Christmas, firstly cos there wasn't any time for Christmas shopping due to npcc. And many many more, it just came too fast.

had Unit AGM, and im at least quite mentally prepared for 2011 back at shss npcc :)

After that 1 week, here it comes, 27th Dec.

Back to HTA, 0730 hours.

COC Parade training 1.

Hoping to get deployed into Logistic but got into GOH.

Sian-ned but after a whole day of GOH, i really didnt want to leave!

was super tired and went to see the doctor today.

Cough, Phlegm, Runny Nose = MC/LightDuty + antibiotics for a week.

Can you imagine, party healthily on the 31st dec. HAHAHA! since my antibiotics course ends on 4Jan.

Can't go for COC this whole week, Mr Song said that I would get re-deployed and asked me to stay home and rest. means 2-3 trainings only (including Actual day) for me.

just a few days to 2011, what will i do? hmms/

decided to blog again.. since i turned on my laptop once again.

well, this holiday, the first half was spent in school.

and the following half, i went to help SANA. been there a week plus already and i love it there!

more siaozharbors and more more more!! hahaha! and the people you meet in the course are interesting too. whether suaku or throw face. good experience and put into use or honed my leadership cum presentations skills.

Well, i did not go to SANA today cos i lacked sleep, which gave me a headache in the day.

THANK YOU Victor for calling me ahh.. haha! plus the many crazy peeps behind on the phone. :)

Only have 2.5 more days im going back to SANA this hols..

Switching back to what i just watched, germany vs serbia.

DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Germany missed a penalty. Podolski had over 7 shots but all MISSED!

and the next reason why Serbia won 1 point over Germany 0 was the REFEREE!

he gives yellow card machiam free one, and that was why Klose got a Red card.

Lacking a player, really hard to catch up.

Serbia also another one, really know how to fake injuries at the last minute manxz.

Watching the match was really exciting and angry-fied.

Thinking if i should catch the next match, Solvenia vs USA...

I never regret joining NPCC.

I remember when I was secondary 1, I was super kiasu and afriad of punishments that I volunteered when ever my CIs and Officers asked for one. Getting my first NPCC Uniform, being so excited to don it on. No matter how chui it looks on me. Having Saturday Parades. WOW. I never forget this day when I did not wear my School socks, and WeiBin Sir made me take out my socks and just wear my shoes, I was just 13 years old..

Then in secondary 2, I joined NPCC Annual Parade and Campcraft Competition in the beginning of the year.

I remembered when we did not knew a thing when our CIs at HTA told us to keep our batons in our bags and report behind to the drill shed, scared little cadets we were, it was Ma'am Rasidah's scary eyes I feared through my 4months. As trainings went, we as the GOH were always condemned by our trainers, saying that the supporting contingent were better than us.

Back to Unit, Campcraft Competition, I was appointed the Vice-Captain. One of the trainings where we had to do 50 push-ups when we raised the flag the other way.

After a short break, I joined SYFOC'08. Liyana and I were selected to represent SHSS-NPCC, we worked hard during our first few trainings that got us into the GOH Contingent. I remember those days where we woke up at 5am and were in the MRT as early as 6.15 am ! Friends from other schools will also sleep on the train ride to the end of Singapore, Choa Chu Kang. Nothing can every change those trainings we had and memories forged with the most awesome people you can find !

This three activities gave me many opportunities to widen my social circle, bond with my seniors and batchmates and of course, helped me to shine.

And when I was in secondary 3, I went for NPCC Annual Parade once again. This time we were in the Supporting Contingent 1, with Area 5. NPCC Annual Parade bus rides never fails to help us start and end the day with laughters. Actual Day are always the most memorable ones, where we all took photos and exchanged number.

I also volunteered to be the one to go for NDP, representing SHSS-NPCC. Thankfully, I knew someone there. After trainings at Nee Soon Camp, I knew like the craziest people! Everyone was super sociable! We begin to talk and joke like as if we were long time friends. Moving over to Marina Bay for the trainings made us like a family. Having our KFCs and Catered Food along with Soya Bean every Saturday from April till August 9th. Marching miles and miles, with those armpit abrasions that really hurt ALOT, singing out loud 'We are One' , I never loved the people around me more! It became a lifestyle meeting them every week, continuing our gossips and everything. The Actual Day, many cried. Why? Not because it was tiring, but because this family and our weekly habits have to change.

I still remember the following Saturday, where many of us woke up early, preparing to leave house for NDP Trainings but realized it was over.

I went back to being fully focused in Unit compared to a not so looking forward to Friday Parade's Chairperson, I was not really used to it. But the year was soon ending, I was still training for my Hillary Challenge (Singapore) Race.

I felt as though I did not have a Unit life in Secondary Three, which I regret, partly cause of H1N1 too.

Well, it was soon secondary 4.

I got the Best Unit Cadet Badge, Station Inspector Rank, SPF-NPCC Badge. Everything that I wished for, I'm going to POP with 20 Badges [A Full Set minus Lifesaving and First Aid].

Yesterday, after the SPF-NPCC Ceremony, my heart broke once again. As I took those photos, I thought, I better enjoy my last 7 days as a Cadet.

It was also the year of Annual Camp and Stepping down.

I totally cannot forget how excited I was to count down how many parades were left before we POP. I was really looking forward to that day.

Now, something hit me really hard during Annual Camp's Farewell night, I DO NOT WANT to step down. I can't bear to leave my baby juniors. My heart broke as I kept my tears as I watched the video montage for us and the performance planned by my juniors. As I think about what I have done, I really hope I left an impact on my juniors, a good one, like how they impacted me.

An Addition to all that, I was also selected to be in the first ever NPCC Corporate Video. I am truly thankful for such exposure that I am even given an opportunity to audition for it.

Well, my time has come, I have to face reality and let go as the reigning Chairperson of St. Hilda's NPCC Unit. A new batch of Cadet Leaders are rising to take the spot, and this is where, I step down. Reading the Passing-Out-Parade Plans, I know, this 4 years will end with a BIG BANG! It will impact many just as I know it will impact me. It's gonna be memorable. As much as I don't want to leave, I can't wait to see the new risen Batch of Leaders that will bring SHSS-NPCC to greater heights.

Nothing can express my most sincere gratitude I have for you,
Mr. Norsham, Mrs. Teo, Mrs. Lin, Zaki Sir, Boon Hui Sir, Brenda Ma'am, Weiliang Sir, Xinyi Sir, Eliza Ma'am and Dorothea Ma'am, who saw me through my complete 4 years.

Rayyan Sir, Jeremy Sir, Alex Sir, Seniors and Juniors, were there to groom me whether I was a young cadet or when I am about to POP.

Thank you Lord, without you, I am nothing but with you, I am great and mighty, just as you are. =)

holidays started. it doesnt mean i rot at home. i still have to go to school every day..
it just means, slightly more relaxed and camp!

SHSS NPCC Annual Camp 2010 and Farewell night was a BLAST!
the camp was just awesome lahh..
the farewell night was touching like till khairiani cried! the video prepared for us, seeing the small us last time. HAHAHA! i really felt the bond amongst this batch.
through the bad and good times. i really hope that all is good now.

i was very touched when i received SMSes from my juniors thanking me for the camp and wanting to go out to the flyer all as one. i really hope that they enjoyed it and im more den willing to come back unless you dont welcome me with open arms. haha! whatever it is, being in npcc this 4 years has really made me grown.

I'll never ever in my life forget what NPCC has groomed me to become.

Today was also the youth service with pastor kong!
im really glad that i was in my camp attire and that i didnt serve! praise and worship was great! the youths who are impacting the society were awesome! pastor really have a vision for all of us youths to shine in the world!! :D let me tell you, the presence of God was truly just great and awesome.

and im also very glad that bel brought her friends along. and this guy called samuel is a cell leader from another church. he said he wanted to talk to me and of cos my first reaction is like FOR WHAT?? den he started introducing himself and gave me a word lah.
its really a great encouragement from him. like he asked me to continue chasing my dream/vision even if everyone was against me. at first i didnt really know in what aspect of my life he was talking about till i was on the way home.
i remembered today someone told me about my batchmates . being the head, there are some things that people wouldnt like but i just had to do it. yes altho' im passing out soon. im sure for of such will come in my future and i really want to seek God and pray that my visions/dreams will come to past even if everyone does not support me becos it is the right path for my peers.

wow.
we finally got a building. its suntec convention centre! like how cool is that lah!
when i saw the tweet "SUNTEC!!" i was like damn amazed lah. den today pastor revealed like live to us with the help of the nicest video production!! its seriously amazing how God works wonders. even this singapore icon; we're turning it into the House of God.

it was also Arise and Build pledging today. i only started calculating this morning before i left house even tho i heard it weeks ago. hahahha! i tears came flowing down and i could really sense this like great feeling like im giving my best sacrifice. thinking bout how little i spend daily just to save for this. but i will do it! :D whatever it takes.

yeahh and out cell spilt already! im like so happy but i dunno why they're sad but well, its the beginning of a brand new chapter!

so yeah, this week has really been great!

and the sad or bad thing is that i've been to 2 hospital in two days!
chiyiu's op and sam's admitted. really take turns.
and i still dare to ask, what if im next? haha.
but i really am gonna see the doctor at gleneagles this wed for my knee.
i wanna get an xray done and really know what in the world it is!

and another bad thing happened to my friend. and this stupid friend B of mine just wont stop bugging me over friend A! it's so stupid.

school has really been hectic.
sec 4 life is really fast paced and tough, esp cos its the beginning of the year.

we have to stay back like practically everyday for extra classes. can you imagine when night classes begins?!?! OMG, its like dont need to go home lor. home is like just a place with our bed to sleep? im predicting.. haha!

2009 has not been a very great year. i really slacken in my secondary 3 days.. it was bad. even during the hols walking into 2010. i didnt do any holiday assignments.
and NOW, im doing chapters daily to complete ALL my H.A before CNY or hopefulle 29th Jan, Friday.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
Nothing is impossible! =)

today, 210110.
it was really tiring day. school ended nearly 3. the night before i got home late cos of tuition and was too tired to do my work.
well, i made a decision.
i thought hard about it since the start of the day: should i go Campcraft trg today?

i knew that today's trg was impt, cos we'll get our roles. i was fighting for the position i want.
but the question kept pondering in my mind. i worry that if i go training, i wont have time to do my work, prepare for tmr's NPCC Parade. so i decided to dare to ask rayyan sir if i could not come for today's training. i could see that he wanted me to go. but i pleaded ALOT.
so he placed my fate into the CIs hand, which was dory. i pleaded again with her, and yeah it was approved.

i was happy BUT as i was walking out of school.
i felt really really GUILTY, i was not being a good role model for my juniors.
it was my lack of discipline that i did not do my work on wed and that i had to skip trg on thur to complete my work.
I really wanted to go back, and report late, but i knew i cant.

Well, this gave me a huge kick, to complete all my assignments i was suppose to do !
and so, i really did so. i even did 1 more chapter of Phy TYS for friday's night work! haha!
really happy about it, being home early. talk to mummy, catch up with her.

i still feel bad luh..
and when i realized that ACTUALLY, i was in flagstaff but cos i didnt go i was in shelter. i was like SHIT. now i wonder, is it God's punishment for me? that i didnt get my desired position??
I guess that its actually God's PLAN for me. that shelter people needs me.
AS much as i really hope i get back into flagstaff, i promise to give my best to the team.

I shall not think so much on it. realized that this post abit emo, no emotions at all! hahaha!

okay! firstly, new year's eve was a BLAST! really wow. shant share the details much here. but it was great lah, at 4.30 i was still wide awake! slept @ 7am woke up @1.30pm and played till 10plus in the night on new years day! :D AWESOME!

AND oh man, school started on the 4th!
today is the end of the 2nd day of school which means lessons starts tmrw!! oh no!
we had 2 days of admin so yah.

and you know! 4H and 4J are super special! our classrooms are not only the only upper sec class to be airconditioned but also its not a normal classroom!! unlike the new block air con classrooms, ours are the real air con units. which means its uber cold!
hahah, COOLNESS.

but i have really been busy with npcc stuffs since last year.
i knew it was gonna be tough, and yes it is!

like really, everyday when i reach home i gotta do npcc stuffs, and since lesson havent started, i actually neglected my studies. so yah, i hope this is gonna end soon~~!!!

for eg, today. after school, NPCC campcraft trg. its like every tues and thurs. den friday got parade. ROARRR!! 3 days/week. :(( but after feb ends, its just friday parades only =) YAY!
and like now after i blog, i gotta get back to npcc stuffs.

AND AND! SCHOOL OFFICIAL LESSONs STARTS TMRW!!!!
and i officially dropped pure geography! YAY! i hope i can buck up on my others =)

FULL DAY STORY:
left house at 1015.
reached sam's house. her dogs' started barking while my sister called me. den sam called me, so it was like 2nd line. and when i was talking to sam, her sister came down! and i really thought it was her. so scary!!

haha LOL nways. the cake she bought, it dropped it. so yeahh. den when the rest [lau, zhiting, mel, joey] came.
played guitar hero. nic wong was around for awhile.
there was another cake! thanks to sam's mummy! :) so yeah, mel got her surprise celebration. yepps. played on.

Took MRT to kallang. den shuttle bus to Kallang Leisure Park. SIANNED, the ice skating was like full. so didnt ice skate.
bought tickets for 500 days of summer. while waiting for it to start, we played arcade awhile.
and camwhored! jumpshots luh.

so than, we did nonsense, very dangerous la. like we were on the third lvl. den suddenly a security guard came, scold us!
you know why?!?! there was a group of people shouting at us, thinking we wanna jump down! haha kinda scary lah.
cos got 1 time, my leg kena hooked on the metal. fell down. but heng not over. thinking about it, really DANGEROUS..

den movie started.

today was just great la!

it was where we gotta stuff as many marshmallows as possible into our mouths w/o eating it.
its damn hard and hilarious! so damn fun i tell you. den took some pics, where the last pic never comes.

- went to sam's house. the guys [josh, huayeow, zach & lun] were really enjoying guitar hero, joined them awhile, while the host was like outside on the comp la. just pangseh-ed us in the tv room lidat.

- one by one left. me, sam & huayeow went to nihon mura for dinner! shiokk!
hy ordered udon, sam ordered beef don, and I ordered ramen! hee! the fried fish thingy was nice too!

- walked to TM. window shop lor. haha! bought rebecca's present and home sweet home :)

wow i tell you! i had a damn tiring weekend!
started from friday..

after a tiring friday parade, it was hillary trg immediately..
dinner, continued some lashings. discussed and practiced our presentation (:
10 plus and YS, trishal and fahmi had to go back home.. so we bathed and back to discussing the presentation with just me, joey, jeremy, jared and ks and mr yeoh..

i tell you it was damn hyterical! you would wanna see how mr yeoh laughs sia!! totally lmao.. den at 1plus, we decided to play fooseball! woahh, kampong mr yeoh good sioll.. so we slept at 2 :D
work up at 4.30 due to rain, we were drenched. the tent was leaking!

so we went back to sleep at 5am in the canteen. work up at 6.30.

sleeping hours: 4hrs.

it was than a whole day of exercise :D cos of the HBO tampines race.
steven also joined! hahahah! that uncle.

reached home at 8 plus. damn shagged. slept at 8.45.

woke up at 6.45 the next day. bathed and church.

sleeping hours: 10hrs. [it was to catch up on my 4hrs sleep on friday night]

and after church. went to hougang sports hall watch 3 matches. nice! hahahha~ went home, took clothes. went back hsh. den 8 plus, went to hougang mall bought items with sam. went hua's house to make SUSHI!

omg, damn funny.. i broke a glass the first thing! and 2nd thing i did stupidly, was to open a bottle of gassy drink and it exploded. nic has the vid. wahahhaha!
started cooking the rice, blah blah and ingredients.

started work at arnd 11. and at 12 plus no more seaweed!!
so we deicided to go and buy somemore.. walked pass joshua's house and called him down. 7-11 didnt sell but josh house has, so in the end, he stayed over too. wahahha!

slept at 4am. woke up at 6.10 (:
[hua and sam just wouldnt wake up, sam was WORST!]

sleep hrs 2hrs.

went to school, yeahh.. party. was kinda tired actually.. the 300++ sushi finished! yeahh, lovely! :D
after school slacked with joey. den soon had meeting and after that hillary..
tired, home at 5.30. slept immediately..
woke up next day at 3.30 and 8.30 am.

total sleep hrs: 15hrs. [to catch up on my 2hrs sleep last night] wahahhaha!!

WOW! this week was packed yet awesome la!

tuesday, had bs with cindy. went back school. celebrated eliza's and mr. chiang's birthday in the evening! ;D

wednesday, went to develop the pics at hougang mall! :D haha, lovely pics i had ! loved it!

thursday, had amath mentoring programme. sam foo was my mentor!! :D haha, that stupid. 'dont care me lehhh' cute sia!

today! wasnt allowed to go for NPCC parade =( had to go for hillary challenge briefing at CCAB. cabbed there, hahah. didnt print receipt! oopps! ended 5 plus 6. went to Novena Square in mr yeoh's car and the rest in a cab.

ate then went to the adidas store :)
tell you, awesome man! bought team shoes! ya la, although the shoe not say very nice design, its unique and special cann! really can bounce!
i also bought myself a new backpack! outdoor one. not bad la! can last me for many purposes in the years to come. therefore its worth it!

This post shall be dedicated to my dearest NPCC NDP people. Yes, it is over.

4 months ago, we complained about how many tons of trainings and saturdays we burnt cos of this STUPID ndp we participated in. As the weeks gone past, we made more and more friends. the circle grew and grew.
Every week was great, we even saw the H1N1 come in. But without fear, we still attended training sessions faithfully. Those city march trainings were crazy! Being afraid of the preview and Actual during those trainings..

And in the blink of an eye, damn it! its the 9Aug. Yes it was the nation's birthday we all have been waiting for. But it also meant that it would be the last time marching into the parade ground and doing the city march as one.
Looking back, I rmb all the first impressions of the people I've met. it is totally different! From Nicea, the 'ah lian'. Ching Na, the knee kena bandaged. Zi Hui, the quiet one. Si ling and athira seemed unfriendly. Cassandra ma'am who looked damn fierce. etc etc..
First impressions does not count!
I thank you for the chance for letting me know you guys better as the weeks went past. Camwhoring was fun, randomly pulling people in. and taking a thousand words.[picture].

I've honestly made awesome friends. No words can seem to explain how I'm feeling now. Facebook, what a great web. but everytime i see a post about them missing the ndp mates already.. i really feel like crying.
Everyone says we will meet up again. But when will it be? next month? next year? or when we graduate?
I regret not treasuring some of the parades well, when I just 'emo-ed' at a corner. I really hated the word goodbye.

But the journey has to end. Luckily, i treasured the last marched in. where we sang the LOUDEST ever. the city marched, when we reached the anderson bridge or arts museum, jiamin would be super excited! i laughed, but now i'm missing it..

It was nice singing 'We are One', I love that song I used to hate.
As the lyrics states;

okay! this shall be a proper post? i think~

Yesterday was school's national day celebration! it was DAMN fun la! seriously~
first, jeremy was the commander. isa and joey, flag raiser. me, yishin, khangsiang, glynis slow marched in the state flag. cassandra marched in the school flag.
first time sia, damn nervous and scared. shivers...! but hey, it was awesome! :)

den it was celebration! hall programmes followed by 'fun-fair'? just kept on taking pictures everywhere! will post them on FB like soon! :)

ended at 10.45. suppose to go buffet with crystal and gang but i was too full! didnt wanna watse money. haha!
was really tired le. went to DIC to rest, ended up being in a video! hahaha, catch it on chapel period! HAHH!
12.30 met joey, yishin, khangsiang. mr wee drove us to velocity to buy shoes. but SADLY, no size. CRAP la! nvm, bought a short for myself:) from 43 bucks, got 50% off. den plus extra discount ended up $16 ONLY sia! hahah.
den there was this windbreaker, 90 plus drop to 32 only! wanted to buy but as a team, so didnt.
piang eh, went home told my mummy. she ask me why i nvr buy sia! sian, should bought it!!!
came back for training. CRAMPED halfway. den conditioning exercises. mr yeoh sent me back :) hahaha!!

TODAY WAS SERIOUSLY FUN! met up with daniel, gideon, zihui, nicea, angus, standford, gary, chingna, wong, jeremy. (according to first who came) hahaha! so we went bowling :) followed by pool. ate. walked around. slacked :) home sweet home :) pictures soon! hahaha :)

okay~ i know i havent blogged for a LONG LONG Time! :D
today i went back school! haahha, never felt i left though :)
we take turns to get sick! now alester and lapway sick. LOL!

yeahh school was good. lesson was alright though i really really cant cope with physics and chemistry! but SS was good lah, ms tan give me and huayeow chance. the sick people mahh. so understanding hor (: maths was 3periods. entertained myself by talking to jas, josh, zach and tang.
den suddenly i went "actually hor.. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ quite flirt hor??" innocently, he went OI! to me~ hahaha, funny ayet stupid. laughed over it kinda long. i think today i made alot noise during math lesson, mr loo keep on stopping and stare at me =P and i passed my 3periods lidat! yay!

hahah. i got short term memory. dont really remember what happened on wednesday and thursday. i guess nothing much la, just normal school days (:

friday was a damn hectic day and an awesome night !
it was school till 12.45 den break till 2pm, physics till 3.30. hillary challenge right after which compromised of going 4 landmarks in tampines and kayaking till 6.45. went to TM to eat pizza hunt with tiff, samantha, zhenghan, samuel and malcolm later on. walk walk arnd and movie [ice age 3 in 3D] at 9.15. ended at 11.11 :) went down, saw the yeaps and phua eating. coped fries, went home :

saturday was ndp day! yay! i think i was exceptionally hyper with ching na, that fierce to 'dogs' stupid joker girl. falled out, but at the casualty area, oh man! ma'am hasinah and we all can believe if ching na says she fake fall out. haha and her reason that she recovered fast was cos the doctor was HOT! hahaha, its true man! no wonder GG likes to fall out. that pretty face doctor =D

im gonna start with thursday! :D
it was SYFOC gathering! haha, a few peeps only i guess :(
hafizah[newtown], suhaillah[sembawang], zahid[east spring], idris[raffles], wenhui & suyi [cedar], me and liyana met up.. haii.. kinda disappointed cos ma'am saleha didnt come! that idiot, nvr answer our calls. arghhh~
nways, it was still damn fun! we went to bontanic gardens! hahahahha! even climbed trees. shared abt ourselves :) den later we went to taka for ice cream! and walk walk. went to wisma for dinner and mrt! hahaha! we bounce back so, somerset to marina stop. den back towards home! :D hehehe, fun!! pics on suhaillah's FB. my pics cant be uploaded cos i lost my cable! hee!

after that went to sunset grill at seletar camp with the wake-ies. there's this chix wings where the level of spicness differs from lv 1 to lv 10 or lv 20 or 30! so we started trying lv 4. and im not a spicy person okay!!
den ate half only, spicy man! drink damn alot water. den da jie came with leo, wanted them to try lv 30, but too crazy la! so we did a lv 10. i didnt eat, the smells already just goes up your nose!! YUCKS!! rach was crying already. ahahahha! :D it was fun. we ate from 7-10 ! :D

CANT BELIEVE I WAS EXCITED FOR UBIN! hahahahahha ~ it wad tough and crazy. but hey, it was another awesome bonding adventure for us :D

OHYA! the Goh family came along too! Mr Goh, lucas and kim. =D

We all rented our bikes. and yeahh. had warm up arnd the basketball court like tons of time. and there we went. on our own, 8 of us. we stupid la, went to a long and hard and jungle-like way when others took the road way. crap us. hahaha.. joey and khairiani went with mr goh cos they were new to bikes, i think (:

den went to another biking trail nearby which was 1 diamond[meaning that it consists of steep slopes up and down.] . it was damn scary. most of the time i was off the bike lahhs. stupid abu tried this 2 diamond thing called [gravedrop], and really dropped down! ahahahah! so yea, cycling after for abt 4 hrs plus.. and b4 that 3 hrs plus?

okk.. firstly sam called me and hua at 7.10am tell us to meet at 8.45, so she went ahead to sleep and woke up at 8.45. IDIOT heh.. hahas.

reached mutts and mitten at like 9.45? cos sam was late wad... ahahhaha!
we just started with bathing only maybe like 4 -7 dogs? forgot liao la.
only know in between after 3 dogs we went to swim bambi and broth!!

okayy!! i know i very super CHAO long haven blogged already.. that was cause i was like really busy one way or another. even when im free, i also have no mood to blog. hahah, just wanna sleep =P

the past two weeks or so were fun la ! :D

from my birthday cum 2J chalet[gathering] to service learning to PK course (slping all the way), daniel foo came back with us! also had hillary challenge trg and yesterday!

ytd was spring cleaning of NPCC room! it was fun! hahaha, but disappointing that only khairiani, joey, michelle, don & eliza came. who cares anyway! we still did it! totally brought everything out of the room and just splashed water and cif on the floor! cleaned the cupboards, accounted for all those. we started at 11am :D den at 1pm, lunch break. hahaha! joey and michelle went to takeaway macs for us :) den later at 3 plus or 4 got another break. haha, don went to buy bbt ! :D cool eh ~

later followed joey back in her dad's car. went to meet glene and nic wong at her house there. and we walked all the way to east coast! hahah. it was a quite near walk BUT we had to walk to THE OTHER end to eat! hahaha, like walk the whole ecp lor.. had, satay, hokkien mee, wanton mee :)
stupid right, walk all the way to eat. hahaha! but it was fun walking too! :D so yeahh, den walked to VS there cos easier get cab.. home at 2240hrs, early for a supper at ECP heh.. hahahah!

at last! the preliminary rounds of Hillary Challenge 2009 is over!
yesterday's crapping session [MENTAL PREP.] w/ mr wee was great. mentality is really really impt. slept early, got up, eat etc. and left by 6am i think :D
at 5.45am, we were like shivering! the rain and wind was so cold, i think our muscles tensed up man..

race started at 10am, due to delays of mothers' nature. it was great la. 6 legs, given 1 hr each. but hey, we managed to finish the race in 2h 40min. it was really a good accomplishment team!
dont wanna talk abt what happen but i am really proud of this team. mr yeoh and mr wee and all others supporting us are really elated for us. we thought that it was gonna be tough but hey, our hard work paid off! what we reap, is indeed what we sow. :D

we had lots of energy after the race, cos we were prepared for a 6hr race! so we make alot noise, playing here and there, maybe disgracing our school's name? haha, who cares! we made it and wanna enjoy ourselves ! :D

we didnt break apart, our bonds for each 10 of us were seriously strong. others may had the advantage by not carrying their bags but we were STREET SMART to carry our bags so as to proceed to our station and start quickly! :D well, this really takes good fitness training and preparation.

our stamina indeed help us catch at least 3 placings up. we knew we were getting in the top 12 or even 6. but when we ended. i could sense the happiness and pride mr yeoh had for us. no words could explain. how we, st. hilda's, the underdogs of the race could get 3rd?!?!?! our prayer before the race helped. it was our Father above who helped us pull through this race to win this and glorify Him above :D

Now, we shall step up on training for the finals in sept. lets emerge above those raffles and 'dont need to study' people. let st. hilda's show EVERYONE that we can study and be better than them. we are their threat but they arent our threat. impossible in nothing, we can do it!

just 12 teams to beat this round, we shall do it team shss! :D

den came back, spent like the whole afternoon just to do a stupid first aid kit la, watse money also!

gonna stay over in school AGAIN. today's the final preparation for us :d im scared.
somehow, i wish that we cant get top 12 cos i really wanna stop training and also cos its really taking up tons of my time. plus, i have NDP :| BUT i wanna do smth for the school!!

thursday was last day of school for most ppl. but the water soccer was super suck la!
like during school time the lower sec go dirty the inside. and later when we wanna play its like so damn muddy can! and den got alot teams who wanna play. unlike tuesday, just like own ppl. take turns to play. more fun! but thursday like didnt enjoy~ den later abit bossa ball with unknown people who were not playing, just jumping arnd. idiots!
cant rmb already.. haha! just know i was tired~

but hey! i got to slp alot till friday!! hahaha! cos i had no school, it was meet the parents session, but not for me! :D had hillary challenge trg at 2.30, sis sent me :) den yea, was early cos had to find mr lian for the shirt thingy. super D.U.G! :D

trg started. this was wad we did :
-check and packed our RACE bags. guys carried the stuff, girls had only our hydropacks.
rested, had jelly :D

-1 warm up round. and made our jog/walk/run to bedok reservior will mr yeoh drove. we had to be earlier than him. den the ending part we saw his car, just chionged to the carpark, HENG la! cos he had to U-turn :)

- den we kayaked for 1 hr. capsize drill :D FUN FUN!
[but shoes wet, no extra]

- mr wee came with bread ! munched, rested. did ABIT circuit training. haha! cos we cant run the reservoir, wet clothes, cannot afford to be sick. AHAHAHAH!! yay HC team! smart D.U.G :D

- went back. den took the items for pitching 3 types of tent.

- had dinner, went from canteen till parade square cos they were fogging :) loved the bananas and mangosteens!!!

- pitched 6-men tent first. damn hard for me. cos i was the only NPCC one there. heng fahmi and YS knew bowline :) stressed being the SME[some i/c that type] for that.
than it was dome shaped tent.

-had supper, bread. haha! the whole day, jared was the beast. den later i became one. hahaha! super stupid thing i said. i think the beast-flu will slowly pass to each other la.

-built basha, more and more tired. while the VB girls we like playing some hunt and stupid games. hahaha! so tired till mr yeoh and mr wee decided to help us. [time check, 11.30pm]

-than we could bathe and sleep :D all 8 of us into a classroom! super windy! :D

woke up, mr sham came with breakfast for us and went back. haha :)
i rmb got 2 weird GB girls who came like 6am to polish boots crazy. we all still slping, they come already. and crystal also weirdo, wake up so early while the other vblers were slping to bathe. SIAO!!!

ndp was tiring! the sun was so damn hot! grrr...2 fainted. serval casualites. heng im not, given that i had a damn tiring HC trg camp in school. STRONG heh. but damn tired. :( reached home at 10.50pm on sat, it was like 2 full days of tiring activites...

its been [to me] a long time since i last blogged.
sunday was my sister and mother birthday. ate dinner at dian xiao er.
monday, had the dance workshop, kinda cool! den later dry shoot at HTA & came back for last part of hillary challenge trg.

tuesday, was damn fun!! haha! YOG games day. played bossa ball and water soccer. water soccer was damn fun! after school still played on~ den went for measurements of NPCC uniform, made it chop chop cos wanted to play water soccer but RAINED:(
den walk walk, me, khairiani, joey, jiajun, aldrich was sitting at the stairs looking at the lightning signal. den later when not flickering, WAOAH CHIONGG!! hahahah! played till closed.
and abit bossa ball :D

today left house super early. sports day. mand lau's dad sent us to stadium..
100m was like 5th la, stupid. den 4x100 worst la.. wadeva, got first for javelin.
but it was no competition la! cos at first only me, isabel, shawn, ruishi appeared.
den shawn & ruishi, foul all the way. leaving me and bel 1st and 2nd. den mand yeap came, anyhow throw also will get 3rd la. haha! but she tried to beat me lah, but hehe!

den went to eat at tori Q and had hillary challenge trg::

gonna blog for friday!!
watched a movie 'after school' during sch hours! woahh, not bad lahh, its suppose to prevent crime. haha!
den we did the class flag while the rest of the class went for anti-drug talk, haha! i like went to SANA course can!!!
npcc time! chairman! woohoo! hahaha! den taught the sec2s kanan pusing, walk walk. did dismissal parade, aint that scary as i thought i guess. it was scaryier when i had to shout as practice while the netballers were mocking me. hahas!
after debrief, hillary trg started! did some warm up. and ran 2.4km! :D hang on pull up bar all these, endurance training.. den ate dinner :D jingyi really came over to stay, stupid!
den learnt to set dome shaped tent and 'basha'. but by the time it was basha, when all the vblers went home already, i was half asleep. bathed and slped on the tables! super cold at night!! hahaha!

woke up at 5.10 am, falled in at 5.35am. ran 2 rounds arnd parade sq, warm up. endurance awhile, BREAKFAST!! hahah! den they got ready and set off at 7am to reach ECP @ 8. while i went hta for NDP09! :D

i think i learnt something or should i say, got advised on npcc stuffs on the way back! hahah, thanks steven sir!

suppose meet irfan at tampines @ 7.30 am. but i snoozed will 6.40 am.
so i ownself took mrt to cck. early mah, so ate at mac on my own.

had lunch, waited. when to parade square for 1 march in. break for 1 hr again! rained! the GOH[navy, airforce, police] woahh, damn nice!
den later marched in 2 times i think. ended, waited in the hall. stupid sia.. NPCC always last to leave the place one. den got cockup, 1 missing person. actually is not. aiya, long story between CIs i guess..

got math P1 & history elective exam. ends at 1pm. MY unsure near FUTURE: gonna eat lunch i guess, home with mag & mandL. study chem!! prepare uniform for NDP trg.. den ran 1 round arnd the school, came back. streched.
played captain's ball with the teachers, crap we lost! but we still learnt how to work as a TEAM :D
ran the quadrangle MANY times. den arnd school and back. ran quadrangle again.
now, had to use brain to find 100 plus drinks. had forfeits for not finding every 2 mins.
forfeits were kinda hard, had 1 missing bottle. went GO to do superman while the teachers find the missing one. but canT! HAHAHAS =P den blah blah, debreif. found the missing one. :P

27-ed home with mag who KINDLY waited for me at the busstop, while missing 3buses and 1 more with me:d hahaha, thanks! :D

I really felt what you wanted to convey to us. I could sense your emotion.

I want to thank you for walking with me through NPCC Day Parade 2008 and Singapore Youth Festival Opening Ceremony 2008.

SYFOC was truly a parade of my LIFE. We both worked, or should I say, hentak-ed, our way through to the Guard-of-Honour contingent. We've done well. I really learnt alot from you, and as we practiced together. You weren't just my NCO/senior who went with me to SYFOC. We made friends, travelling is something i LOVED most. the hours we spent. the many rides i paid for you.
I never forget the day b4 my b'day. you bought a cake for me despite being low in cash.
We went to Mount Kinabalu together. Scaling the heights with you. We truly went through thick and thin :D

Those bad times and trainings we had for Mt. K training, HTA(syfoc) trg and NCC(syfoc). walking the long road into NCC HQ. wow! even at SIS, followed ma'ams to idk where with the other awesome friends we made. finally, we enjoyed the very last day =)

Going back together after funny dinner's after unit parade, the only one who played with me in HOUGANG's playground. :D those talks we had, the last one made you almost tear? *abt the 'speech' =P

It was really memorable to have you impact my life in NPCC with esp. SYFOC. a big journey i had with you. I want to see you soar in your coming GCE 'O' level examinations and come back to be my ma'am, CI Liyana, is what i know you will be.
remember, first female HO of shss. you can do it! I'll never forget this model in me.

at last im home early and i've got time to blog! hee!
today was SUPER CHAOPER tiring day~
i slept on both my buses. even nearing school, my eyes cant open!!
suppose to like rest abit in class b4 school starts but i haven do my chem.

den school started, missed like 15mins of amath! met mr yeoh abt the hillary challenge.
i feel so UNFIT! ! super tired, den physics. WORST!
recess, filling.. english, eyes could hardly open. till chem, not bad lahh. den geog, passed pretty quickly :D

ate lunch with ah lau, went math remedial. den came down. find ah lau and the other netballers..

its been a long time since i've blogged.been so busy with npcc day parade.
wed had trg at HTA.
thurs was NAPFA
friday had trg at HTA.

and at last, after my 11-13 trg's at HTA, saturday was the actual parade.
our hard work paid off.. it was actually quite sad that its over.
like hey, our bus rides with pasir ris, springfield, tampines, junyuan were awesome lah!
and now, we're like not gonna meet till ATC in november??
but im proud of smth :D this is my 3rd HQ parade. who actually go so many times! within two years!

ytd was great. the first and final rehersal, the sun so hot. we shine our boots for nth.
den it was break time. went back classroom polish boots, change to full u.
and tada, we had to fall in, got ready to march in. so many people already!!!

suddenly got someone outside the cont.;
"women.." den i nvr reply. "gwen!" i turned.
ehh, ma'am saleha! haha, take picture :D marched out, woo! shiok. no one in SC1 falled out. GREAT JOB GUYS! & GIRLS! 1 CI fainted lahhs, damn sad..
den march past and off, saw mrs lin with liyana and eliza, they left the sec1s alone can!
went back to classroom. slacked, took pics, changed numbers. zaki sir took a shss pic for us :D

woahh. today's really tiring.. woke up at like 5.30am luhhs .

NPCC :D
so as usual trg at HTA @ cck. went to springfield to take bus with other schools in our area to cck tgt la.
den when we fall-in, got 2 buses there, but both not ours. thus, they left.
waited so long den got 1 super old bus,WORST den SBS la! we kena shocked that it was ours.
cos hta wont do low-class one lahh.!
so the uncle just drive, later at kaki bukit there, lost his way. den pass the map to the teacher ask " where is ACS-baker"
we tio stunned. not heading to hta?!?!?!
so the uncle called, blah blah..
went back to springfield. HAHA! transfer bus.

so stupid. we were so damn LATE!
bus come late, den turned out to be wrong bus, even long wait!!
reached hta half-hour late. HEE!

today woke up i thought i MISSED first day of school can! so stupid. my eyes open BIG BIG trying to think, what day is it. school day or not?!?!?! so frustrating, my mind BLOCKED!
like 30secs later den realise, today was CELL OUTING!! WOOO!

went city hall met with zach and alester first, as SAM WAS LATE[as usual] :P
den we went walk walk arnd raffles city till sam came. den saw wien they all at starbucks waiting for time to pass to. haha, den all gathered. dismissed for lunch first, cos some haven eat, like me! hehe (:

my group, me, sam, rebecca, zach, alester & benchoo. the ya kun team, cos we went there for lunch! HAHAHA :D along with shan, started at city hall.
walked to esplanade there and came back. mrt-ed to orchard. do some stations walk ALL THE WAY TO DHOBY GHAUT. how awesome were we!

though we missed super alot stations. there was a bonus where for every picture taken with a person of different nationality, would be given points. so we...

WON EVENTUALLY!!! i cant believe it la, seriously. we were so slack, though we ran abit. we took our own sweet time here and there and was even the last team to arrive at PS.

WOW!
im back from the 3days, NPCC NCO/CL course.
i never thought it would be this way. it was easier den i expected though we were all super duper damn tired...
maybe cos we were prepared for harder things till we couldnt take it b4 we came thats why :)

i'm really proud of the 38th batch.
we started out like we were just a GROUP of people in a squad, going to 'suffer' the following days tgt. slowly, we started helping one another, not leaving our TEAMATES behind, be it in food or changing of clothes.
though we forgotten about our teamates sometimes, we got punished. but in the end, we still learnt as a ONE, a TEAM.
we all did many mistakes, but we didnt give up. we encouraged each other.
everyone co-operated with each other :D
i loved that 'game' we completed ytd night :D it was really satisfying, and im sure we all a sense of achievement :)

the camp was awesome! though we never interact with the juniors like AT ALL, just the 15 of us were great! tiredness was one thing, but im sure we enjoyed just on our own :D

HAHA, today we all woke up 3mins b4 reporting time, then we reported. haha, so fast eh~~ SMELLY, heh heh :P
